Terms of Service — HME License

Acceptance

By installing or using HME License (the “App”), or by purchasing the Premium subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the App. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

The Premium subscription

  • Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. By purchasing, you also agree to Google Play’s terms.
  • The price is shown by Google Play before you confirm the purchase and may vary by country. Google Play notifies you of price changes in accordance with its own policies.
  • The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel anytime in the Play Store (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions); Premium remains active until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling the App does not cancel the subscription.

License scope

  • An active Premium subscription unlocks premium features in HME apps installed on the same device.
  • The license is personal and non-transferable. It is tied to the Google account that purchased the subscription and to your device; it is not a product key you can resell or share.
  • We may change, add, or remove specific premium features over time, provided the subscription continues to deliver materially equivalent value.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policy and applicable law. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or charges arising from Google Play or your payment method.

Acceptable use

You may not use the App to break any law, to abuse the purchase or refund process, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the license mechanism. Circumventing, tampering with, or misrepresenting the license state to obtain premium features without an active subscription is a violation of these terms.

”As-is” — no warranty

The App is provided “as-is” and “as-available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer (Nguyen Duong Duc) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
