Terms of Service — HMA Credits

Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, or using HMA Credits (the “App”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the App. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use with your own HMA account.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at the contact address below if you believe your account has been compromised.
HMA Credits
- HMA Credits are a prepaid, in-service balance used within the HMA service. They are not legal tender, not a bank deposit, not redeemable for cash, and not transferable to another person or account.
- Balances are displayed in US dollars (USD) for convenience. The official credited amount and resulting balance are determined by the HMA backend at the time of each top-up.
Top-ups and payments
- Top-ups are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. By purchasing, you also agree to Google Play’s terms.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play’s refund policy and applicable law. Requesting a refund through Google Play may reverse the corresponding credit.
- We are not responsible for errors, delays, or charges arising from Google Play or your payment method.
Acceptable use
You may not use the App to break any law, to defraud, to abuse the top-up or refund process, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service. We may suspend or block an account we reasonably believe is involved in fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms.
”As-is” — no warranty
The App is provided “as-is” and “as-available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer (Nguyen Duong Duc) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, balance, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
